Temporary assignments
Similar to project management, but for these assignments I also take into account the environment/culture and corporate context in the development of my approach to achieve the best results. Once completed, your organisation will have a better grip on both the project and the policies behind it.

Communication advice
Aren't we all a bit blind to issues linked to communication styles and cultures in our work, both internally and externally?
I can bring clarity, come up with a straightforward action plan and pinpoint where and for whom any improvements would have the greatest effect. The truth can sometimes hurt, but once you see the results, you won't be disappointed.

Presentations
